Liz joined Boots in 2003 as a category assistant in the washing and bathing category. She worked for 5 years for Boots, got promoted to buyer on suncare in 2007 before she moved to a business consultants called IVO Solutions in 2008 where she worked in North America supporting EMI music/Capitol Records sell music into Walmart, Best Buy and Target. Liz returned to Boots in 2009 as buyer on professional haircare, moved to be the mens buyer a year later and then in 2012 was promoted to senior buyer on haircare, from there onto cosmetics and accessories and then to work for No7 Beauty Company for a year supporting the new commercial business supporting the US business in cosmetics. In 2019, she moved back into Boots UK and onto the gift category before being promoted to Head of Gift, Electrical Beauty and Photo in 2022.
